Burlington Crematorium & Visitation Centre
A state-of-the-art 18,000 sq. ft. funeral home and crematorium facility designed to serve the growing needs of the community. The project includes a structural steel building system, modern visitation suites, reception and gathering spaces, administrative offices, and state-of-the-art cremation equipment. Site development consists of underground services, stormwater management infrastructure, landscaped memorial areas, exterior lighting, and a fully accessible parking lot. Sustainability and long-term operational efficiency are key project objectives, incorporating energy-efficient building systems, durable materials, and environmentally responsible construction practices throughout the facility.
Brampton Material Warehouse
Construction of a new 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse addition to an existing industrial facility, designed to expand storage, logistics, and operational capacity. The project includes a high-clearance structural steel building with insulated wall and roof assemblies, new loading docks, dock levelers, overhead doors, and dedicated shipping and receiving areas. Site work includes concrete truck aprons, asphalt paving, underground servicing, exterior lighting, and stormwater management improvements. The facility is designed to support efficient warehouse operations, material handling, and future business growth while maintaining seamless integration with the existing building and site infrastructure.
J.G. Simcoe Public School
The project was executed during a two-month summer shutdown window and encompassed multiple construction and retrofit activities. The scope of work included hazardous material abatement in accordance with regulatory requirements, structural reinforcement of existing joists to address load capacity, and targeted masonry restoration. Interior upgrades consisted of the complete removal and replacement of classroom millwork to meet current performance and durability standards. Additionally, a new barrier-free washroom was constructed to comply with accessibility codes and Ontario Building Code requirements. All work was sequenced and coordinated to ensure completion within the restricted summer schedule, allowing the facility to resume full operation at the start of the academic year.
Diagnostics Imagining Clinic
Design and renovation of a Diagnostic Imaging Clinic to accommodate the installation of specialized medical imaging equipment. The project included extensive coordination with equipment manufacturers to verify room layouts, structural requirements, shielding specifications, electrical loads, HVAC requirements, and equipment clearances. Scope of work included the preparation of design and permit drawings, lead-lined wall assemblies and doors, modifications to mechanical and electrical systems, dedicated power and data infrastructure, and interior renovations throughout the clinic. The project was carefully coordinated to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, equipment specifications, and operational requirements while minimizing disruption to ongoing clinic operations.
Senior Living Apartments
This project consisted of a two-storey addition featuring flexible, purpose-built interior spaces to accommodate diverse needs. The project included installing interior partitions to create classrooms, offices, and collaborative areas, with attention to soundproofing and durability. Designed with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind, this addition incorporates natural lighting, ventilation, and eco-friendly materials. Safety upgrades, including secure access points and emergency exits, were also prioritized. This addition enhanced the building's functionality, creating a versatile and welcoming environment for all users.
Kidzee Child Care Centre & Montessori
This Daycare Facility is a purpose-built, safe, and energy-efficient space designed to support early childhood development. This 5,500 sq ft facility features age-specific classrooms, AODA compliance, secure outdoor play areas, and dedicated family and staff zones. Key safety measures included controlled access points, childproofed materials, and comprehensive emergency systems. Prioritizing sustainability, the facility integrates natural lighting, efficient HVAC systems, and eco-friendly materials. The project was delivered on schedule, ensuring a vibrant, nurturing environment for children and families in the community.
North Kawartha Civic Project
This project focuses on the renovation of an existing building to transform it into a modern and efficient office environment. The scope includes structural changes to support a new layout, comprehensive upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, and the installation of high-quality interior finishes. The renovation aims to create a functional, code-compliant, and visually appealing workspace that meets the needs of today's professional settings, enhancing both comfort and productivity.
Withrow Program Residence- Youth Services
This Project was completed for WoodGreen Community Services, focused on improving youth housing accommodations and enhancing the functionality of program spaces. The project included interior renovations, building system upgrades, accessibility improvements, and life-safety enhancements to create a safer, more efficient, and supportive environment for residents and staff. The renewed facility now better supports WoodGreen's diverse community programs while providing youth with a welcoming space that promotes stability, dignity, and long-term well-being. This project demonstrates TTG's commitment to delivering meaningful construction solutions that strengthen communities and create lasting social impact.
Ajax Funeral Home Renovations & Accessibility Updates
Comprehensive renovation and accessibility upgrade of an existing funeral home facility, including both interior and exterior improvements to enhance functionality, energy efficiency, and the overall visitor experience. The project involved building envelope restoration, structural modifications, accessibility upgrades, and the replacement of aging mechanical systems with modern energy-efficient equipment. Interior renovations included new finishes throughout, updated gathering and visitation spaces, improved circulation, and life-safety enhancements. Exterior work focused on restoring the building facade, improving site accessibility, and extending the long-term performance of the facility. The completed project modernized the funeral home while improving operational efficiency, occupant comfort, and accessibility for all users.
Woodstock Midrise Apartment Building
Construction of a new six-storey multi-unit residential building from the ground up, designed to provide modern and efficient living spaces within a constrained urban site. The project included excavation and shoring, foundation construction, structural framing, fire-rated assemblies, and complete building envelope systems. Key features included a new elevator, sprinkler system, fire separations throughout, life-safety systems, and fully accessible common areas. Due to tight site access and surrounding developments, extensive planning and coordination were required to manage logistics, material deliveries, and construction activities while maintaining safety and schedule objectives. The completed development delivers high-quality residential units supported by modern building systems, enhanced fire protection, and long-term durability.
